Roofs for New Homes and Additions
We partner with home builders, contractors and owner-builders to install roofs on new homes, additions, garages and shops.
Our crews coordinate with your schedule so the house gets dried in fast and the next trades can keep moving.

- Shops, barns and outbuildings
- Custom and production builds
Installed to Manufacturer Spec
A roof is only as good as its installation. We follow manufacturer requirements for nailing, underlayment and ventilation so your warranty stays valid and your roof performs for decades.
Materials We Install
Architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal, synthetic shake and slate, and low-slope membranes for porches and flat sections.

Common Questions
Do you work with builders?
Yes. Much of our new construction work comes from builders and general contractors. Ask about volume pricing and scheduling.
How fast can you start?
It depends on the season, but we work hard to fit into your build schedule. Call us as early as possible.
Do you pull permits?
We'll handle the roofing permit where one is required, or coordinate with your general contractor.
What warranty do I get?
You get the manufacturer's material warranty plus our own workmanship warranty. We'll explain both in writing.
